Dr. Kayla practices with a “patient-first” mindset. Having been trained in a wide variety of techniques, Dr. Kayla can work with her patients to develop treatment plans based on that individual’s comfort, experience, and symptoms, which has been shown to produce better outcomes.
Dr. Kayla earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota before owning and operating a small private practice in Portland, Oregon for 5 years. During her time in Oregon, she discovered a passion for treating patients with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions. In 2026, Dr. Kayla and her husband Garret moved with their 2 dogs back to his hometown of Matthews, North Carolina.
